Technical support

The first 12 months of email and telephone support is included with your first purchase of ESdat.


If you need help with ESdat we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Search the ESdat help files (Help menu).

2. Search the forum to see if the question has already been asked.

3. Post your question on the forum, remembering to include as much information and context as possible. Our support staff will receive a notification and respond, other users may also respond.

4. Follow up with your power user(s) within your organisation.

5. Power users (or nominated users) at your organisation have a direct line of contact to experienced and development staff. Our staff may anonymously post the question and the answer on the forum to assist other users.
